Chertsey Nursery School is excited to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team! We are currently seeking a Servery and Catering Assistant to support our vibrant nursery environment. 

If you have a passion for working with young children and are looking to start or grow your career in one of Surrey’s four maintained nursery schools, we’d love to hear from you! 

 

Key Requirements: 

  • A genuine interest in supporting young children’s wellbeing through healthy and nutritious meals. 
  • Good spoken and written English,  
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy and caring environment. 
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge (training will be provided). 
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. 
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training as required.

Servery and Catering Assistant Role is 11.25 hours per week. (Monday to Friday 11.15am-1.30pm) term time only.  

Closing date: Tuesday 15th July, 12 noon (We will accept application sooner*) 

Start date: 1st September 2025

Surrey Pay Scale S1/2  £22,599 FTE pro rata
